Goulash

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 16 ounce can tomatoes with pepper & onion
1 16 ounce can tomato sauce
¼ tsp. of cinnamon
8 oz. elbow macaroni
16 oz. mild cheddar cheese

Procedure:

Cook macaroni ahead of time & let drain. Brown off ground beef and drain off grease. Return to heat and add both cans of tomatoes and cinnamon; let simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt & pepper ot taste. Mix beef mixture with macaroni into a casserole dish and add cheddar cheese to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

BBQ Ribs (Boneless)

Ingredients:

2 lb. boneless country style ribs
1 onion (chopped)
3- 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Procedure:

Put all of the ingredients together. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Drain water and put ribs into sauce to marinate for 2-4 hours. Cook ribs on grill as you normally would.

Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
½ lb. Ground Pork
1 Egg
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup beer (water or milk may be substituted)
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped peppers
1 tsp. Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Form mixture into a loaf pan and cook at 375 for 40-50 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients:

3 lbs. split Chicken Breasts
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
2 cups prepared Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup diced Onion
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Salt
1 Tbsp. Margarine
1/2 cup Water

Procedure:

Season chicken with salt and pepper; dip in flour. Place oil in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides and cook through over medium heat. Remove chicken from pan.

Sauté onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender. Return cooked chicken to pan. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Season to taste.
