Classic Guacamole

Ingredients:

4 Avocados
1/4 cup diced Onion
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp. ground Cumin
1 clove minced Garlic 3 drops Pepper Sauce
1 large Tomato

Procedure:

Using a fork, coarsely mash avocados with lemon juice and garlic.
Stir in remaining ingredients to blend.
Garnish as desired and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Curried Yogurt Dip (for apples)

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Plain, Low Fat Yogurt 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Lite Sour Cream 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Curry Powder 1/8 tsp. White or Black Pepper

Procedure:

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring gently.
Cover and chill the dip. Chill for one to three hours before serving.
Serve with sliced green and red apples.
